How To List?

To list your property:

  1. Purchase the appropriate Flat Fee MLS Listing Package.
  2. Signup us a Seller at our website.
  3. Download and Fill in the appropriate forms and fax it to us at 978 222 0698.    All forms are in PDF format. You need Adobe Reader to read them. If you do not have it already click here to download Free Adobe Reader. 

 

    1. For Properties located in MA

MA ONLY FORMS : MA Agency Disclosure Document,  Sellers Lead Paint Disclosure and NaShoba Properties Flat Fee MA MLS Listing Agreement.  

MA & NH FORMS : MA Agency Disclosure Document,  Sellers Lead Paint Disclosure and NaShoba Properties Flat Fee MA&NH MLS Listing Agreement.                                                                   

    1. For Properties located in NH

NH ONLY FORMS :   NH Agency Disclosure Document, Sellers Statement of property, Sellers Lead Paint Disclosure and NaShoba Properties NH Flat Fee MLS Listing Agreement   

NH & MA FORMS :   NH Agency Disclosure Document, Sellers Statement of property, Sellers Lead Paint Disclosure and NaShoba Properties NH & MA Flat Fee MLS Listing Agreement

  1. Once we receive your completed copy of all the forms, we will activate your seller account and send you an email authorizing you to create your listing.
  2. After your account is activated, if you are not already logged in, you can Login as a Seller and create the listing in our site. If you are already logged in, click on Listing Administration and choose Create New Listing to create the listing. The "MLS # " field and "Link to MLS Listing" field will be filled in by NaShoba Properties upon entering the listing in the MLS system.  Or If you prefer you can download the appropriate listing form from our Forms page and fax it to us at 978 222 0698.
  3. After creating the listing, send us an email. We will verify the listing information and activate your listing on our site. We will also upload that data in to the MLS system, so your MLS listing will also be posted.
  4. If you need a deferred showing, you need to fill in the Deferral Form and fax it to us at 978 222 0698 along with the listing agreement.
  5. Once your listing is posted, you can notify us about status change, open house listings and price change by downloading and completing the appropriate form from our Forms page and faxing it to us at 978 222 0698.
