Real estate agencies traditionally have provided either a flat fee listing service or a full service agency. Most often, Sellers did not have the option of trying to sell their house on their own and switch to full service without loosing the money they spent on the flat fee listing package.

When you list your house with NaShoba Properties Inc.'s flat fee listing package you don't have to loose the Flat Fee MLS Listing Package fee if you decide to switch to a traditional full service agency.

If you decide to list your property any time with a traditional full service agent, NaShoba Properties will gladly refer you to a REALTOR^® of your choice. But you must let us know prior to any contact or listing with the Broker. Once you contact them we will be unable to refer you. Upon their acceptance of our referral and the successful closing of your home with that Broker, you will receive a refund of 100% of the money you spent for the flat fee MLS listing service.
