We guarantee our low prices. We want to provide the best service at the lowest cost. If you've seen a lower advertised price from another real estate agency for an equivalent flat fee MLS listing service in Massachusetts, we want to know about it. Bring it to our attention, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. This will ensure that you will always get the lowest price.

This policy applies only to advertised prices. The price should be advertised either in print or online. Email us at shobana@nashobaproperties.com or fax us at 978 361 2013 with the information on the Competitor's name, price and the information on the service.

Money Back Guarantee

If you decide to list your property any time with a traditional full service agent, NaShoba Properties will gladly refer you to a REALTOR^® of your choice. But you must let us know prior to any contact or listing with the Broker. Once you contact them we will be unable to refer you. Upon their acceptance of our referral and the successful closing of your home with that Broker, you will receive a refund of the money you spent for the flat fee MLS listing service up to a maximum of $300.
