Ordering Information

In order to minimize the risk of misuse of the lockbox, NaShoba Properties Inc. recommends against the use of lockboxes on door handles that can be unscrewed from the outside or on other parts of the home from which the lockbox can be easily removed. Since others will have access to your property you should remove all valuables or put them in a secure place.

Additional $25 refundable deposit to be paid with the order.  

NaShoba Properties Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage due after the box has been shipped from our office. We do not replace the boxes if they are damaged (they will be verified to be in working order before being shipped) or lost. Another lock-box would have to be leased at the $85.00 price(includes shipping & handling and refundable deposit). NaShoba Propertis Inc. will send the shackle bar open upon shipment. Once the shackle bar is closed, only a licensed agent with a Supra Key in combination with the shackle code can release the shackle again. We recommend that the sellers attach the lock-box to their door or railing by means of a bike lock or in a manner that gives them the control of moving and removing the Supra Key Lock Box without relying on a licensed agent and their Supra Key. NaShoba Properties Inc. will not be responsible for removing the lock box or opening the lock box should the shackle bar or the key safe become closed. Upon the sale of the property or the discontinuation of service with NaShoba Properties Inc., it is the seller's responsibility to return the lock box to NaShoba Properties Inc. by means of a mail service. Upon receipt of the lock box back in good working condition without any damage NaShoba Properties Inc. will cut a check for $25.00 to the seller mailed to the address given to us by the seller within 5 business days.
