NaShoba Properties Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage due to shiping after the box has been shipped from our office. We do not replace the boxes if they are damaged (they will be verified to be in working order before being shipped) or lost. Another lock-box would have to be leased at the $55.00 price(inlcudes shipping & handling and deposit).  NaShoba Properties Inc. will not be responsible for removing the lock box or opening the lock box should the shackle bar or the key safe become closed. Upon the sale of the property or the discontinuation of service with NaShoba Properties Inc., it is the seller's responsibility to return the lock box to NaShoba Properties Inc. by means of a mail service. Upon receipt of the lock box back in good working condition without any damage NaShoba Properties Inc. will cut a check for $20.00 to the seller mailed to the address given to us by the seller within 5 business days.
