Shipping

There is no shipping associated with services that does not require a shipping and handling charge. Where there is a shipping involved, only standard US Shipping service offered.

Returns

You can cancel your purchase any time. If you cancel your listing before our documentation is submitted to MLS or cancel the product pruchase before they are shipped, you will  be charged a transaction fee of $20 which will be deducted from the purchase price and you will ONLY receive the remaining $ amount as a refund. There are no refunds on products once shipped or on listings once entered in MLS.
